They are good and professional
I was a bit nervous about using these guys after reading all the reviews, but honestly they were brilliant. The people who answer the phone are a bit hard to communicate with and they do seem to tell you the wrong thing, but once you walk in the store the people are great. I dropped off 3 scooters I had bought secondhand to be serviced, they gave me a time frame, but I did need one back very quickly for my sons birthday, they didn’t make any promises but they made it happen and I got it back in time, they went above and beyo... read more
