The Ninebot Max G2 itself is actually a great scooter, but unfortunately our experience with the after sales service and refund process has been extremely disappointing. Where is my refund guys? Obviously being nice and respectful to you has done nothing for me. You sold a defective scooter, it happens. Holding my refund back and not responding to emails though is in your control. I simply want my money back as I've been off work for nearly a month due to stress and severe pain and that could buy me food and pay my rent. Please respond.
