Quick and efficient service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
These guys are great, I had to get my partner replacement tubes for his scooter and had no idea what I was actually doing. The guy at the counter was so lovely, helpful and had such patience for my lack of knowing what I was doing. So helpful and friendly. Definitely exceptional customer service.
Happy with the service but really unhappy about the bloke standing on my freshly cleaned scooter and leaving his foot prints on it as he brought the scooter back. Just wow. Overall happy customer.
Gave them my escooter for a tire fix and they gave me a quote I never asked for for every probelm that the scooter has and had to pay $120 would 100% try to avoid
If I could give this business a negative rating - I would. Wasted 2 months of my life trying to deal with the incompetency of the service team. At best they are incompetent, at worst they are deceitful, and I would never trust their team to tell you the truth. Fair warning that if you provide your scooter to them to service, there is a strong possibility that you will be charged for things they didn't even do, or asked to do.
