Awesome service and support
These guys never answer their phone and the expensive scooters they sell never last more than a year.
Call the 1300 number was told 5 wks to do any repairs on any escooters by asian lady(rude at that). I said even for a new tyre to be changed replied 5 wks. Last time i placed in for a service they had it for six wks and gave no report, i got it back with flat tyre
Absolutely terrible after sales service,dont bother with any warranty issues as they will be denied,expensive service chargers,holding fees,never contactable,no management ever there in store to talk to,given wrong chargers after driving 4 hours to the Sumner park store,to try and speak to someone, plus pick up 2x scooters that where one month old ,,one scooter was 400 dollars to fix,the other one was 1500 dollars to fix, what an absolute joke,can guarantee half there reviews are fake and misleading customers,,stay away at a... read more
The scooter broke 3 weeks ago and still no contact from the company you would think you pay $800 for something you would get better customer service
