Worse place to deal with mark the manager has done nothing to help, blames everyone else instead of taking accountability. 2 weeks and still no refund yet I was told they would sort that out asap! He wouldn't ship my son order for almost 2 months and doesn't deal with phone calls, he gets everyone else to do his job and sort it, 2 months of emails that were pointless claiming my sons order was a scam despite my communication about it all and tried to get him to call me but he wouldn't.
