We had an emergency with a blown tire. Great shop, fast repair at a reasonable price. Very friendly and they know what they're doing. Highly recommend this place.
Love Bike Science; these guys are top-end and know what they’re doing. In 2021, my wife and I ordered two customs Colnago C64, equipped w/Campagnolo EPS 12 and Princeton Wheels and their services since has been amazing. This week they sold me a Campy EPS 13 speed group set and Alfredo (their tech guy) did an impecable job installing and adjusting it. Highest level of detail. I’m a very happy customer! Totally recommend it!
I don’t write reviews often. But, I feel the need to write this one. Talk about having the best service ever. Jamie/Chago and his team went above and beyond a shop has ever done. They ordered a new Colonago for me, had it here in under a week, when they received it on Friday, the built it and had it ready in 2 hrs. Needless to say they’ve won a customer for life.
I compare a bike shop without a good mechanic to a restaurant with a mediocre chef. So I see the mechanic Alfredo as a Michelin chef and it must be essential to have this element! I recommend this bike shop, they advise you very well honestly and their prices are very competitive. A 5 star
