Horrible experience! I do not recommend this place! Gustavo The Argentinian guy is absolutely rude, worst attitude I’ve ever experience and treats all his customers poorly but is quick to charge upfront. (He gives out other names like paco but his name is Gustavo) He never finishes the job because purposely picks ups on arguments out of the nowhere so you can leave with half job done so he can take care of other bikes and since you already paid it doesn’t matter to him. A great service and and easy accessable location in south beach! Wonderful friendly staff. Good valute for money. A great way to see the whole area and get a tan too!. Comfortable bikes, very new and easy to ride. We took a three hour rental which was perfect to go up and down the Miami Beach promenade. Easy to use. With bike locks given to use if you need to stop off. Absolutely recomended!
