I am very frustrated with this shop. My Fiance purchased a redline bmx freestyle bike for her son. The frame cracked within a month of purchase. Now they did get a us a new frame and charged us 80.00 bucks to transfer all the parts to the new frame. Well there is now a 30.00 part that we need that wasn't shipped with the frame and it is now on us to pay for this part. Really not happy. This should not be our cost to incurre. Had 2 bikes tuned up and they are both like new again. Prices are reasonable, the staff is super friendly and now my bikes are riding great.
Great service. Rick goes the extra mile to be helpful. Takes the time to explain options. I won't go anywhere else.
The worst customer service, very rude and unprofessional. Order bike over the phone, 2 weeks later it wasn't shipped, won't answer emails for several days, when finally got on the phone, rude and came up with a bunch of stupid excuses. Didn't want to cancel order even thou the bike wasn't shipped. Horrible experience. No way it will stay in bussiness with such that type of service. It may seem like a good price but you'll pay later dealing with such an a__hole!
Took my new Diamondback in for a level 2 tune-up ($80). The following week the front derailer derailed the chain 3 times. First thing in the AM, after a 4 hour cycle excursion, I rode the bike back to the shop to get the derailer readjusted. The owner was just beginning to open Bike Pros USA. The mechanic was not due for another hour so the owner wanted me to leave the bike. I ask why couldn't he fix it (all it takes is a turn of a screw, less than five minutes). The owner became rude.
