One star because the work was completed. Shop is understaffed and they have low inventory of basic service parts. They don't call back for quotes or updates on delays. Only completed the job after threatening to pick up my mower... Then charged same labour rates as servicing a car. Go elsewhere please.
My experience with Bike & Power and Andrew was outstanding. They have an awesome range of everything to do with bikes, quad bikes and accessories and Farm equipment. Customer service is second to none and Andrew and the team are super fun and helped with surprising my husband and friend with the perfect Xmas gifts. Highly, highly recommend
