I took my bike in feeling worried it was beyond repair, but the staff here fixed my bike up and within minutes they got me back on the road! They are the nicest, most helpful people and best bike shop around.
My 1 star is simply on the prices. The kind of money these people charge is wild. And they're close to the projects. It's bedstuy not Williamsburg. like you have to be well off to fix your bike here. I agree, this shop is pretentious.

The most helpful shop experience I have ever had. Needed to adjust my headset and they fixed everything perfectly! I love bike plant!
