Very sweet and accommodating staff except for one woman who took it upon herself to get mad when I wished to wait outside with my bike rather than leave it unattended. When I calmly and politely expressed my wish to stay with my Colnago and wait to pick up my younger brother’s bike, rather than leave it in the street with an 11-year old she got incredibly uppity. Just got my road worn bike back and it's on point! feels like new. I've been there multiple times for different bikes as I ride a lot. They are the best! and go above and beyond. straight forward when explaining costs. Staff are top notch and super nice.
This place is the greatest bike shop in Brooklyn. Caring staff with great integrity and they will help you if you need it.
