This shop has probably the worst service of any bicycle repair shop that I have ever used. BEWARE! They sell substandard parts at premium prices and do not stand behind their repair work. I kept bringing my bike back to have them actually complete the repair and each time I had to spend more money. Finally just threw my bike away in frustration. THEY ARE A COMPLETE DISGRACE TO NASHVILLE AND VANDERBILT AND SHOULD BE RUN OUT OF TOWN!!
I had a simple repair done. It was not done right. When I took it back it was fixed properly with no issues. The people were all very nice. The level of product knowledge was not very impressive. I knew more about the cycling shorts they had for sale than they did.
