Good Service, Relaxed Atmosphere I went to the Bike Peddler in 2003 to find a new bicycle for commuting to work. When I explained what it was for and the kind of bike I wanted (namely, one that wouldn't hurt my back with a constant curled-over posture like my old bike), the man who helped me offered me several different bikes. Unsatisfied Customer I rate this company a ZERO. I received horrible services. Do not use this company at all for purchase or maintenance of your bike. I am very disappointed. Warning!
Fantastic! I love this bike shop. The service is great and the employees are extremely helpful. They definitely helped me find a great bike when I was shopping for my mountain bike. They are also really good with tune-ups. They really know what they are doing.
Bike Peddler is the worst !!!! Worst shop in Santa Rosa. Don't be fooled by the big inventory. The attitudes are bigger though. High prices too. Plenty of other shops in town to choose from.
Bike Peddler is a Great Store! We have had nothing but excellent service from this bike store for more than 10 years. They have a great selection of different types of bikes for all ages, plus reasonably priced accessories. My husband is a long-time road cyclist, so he knows what to expect from a good bike shop. We have bought several bikes from them, for adults and kids, and they always stand behind their products and their work.
