If it wasn't for Bike Ohio, neither my husband nor I would have our old favorite bicycles. Other shops told us to get new bikes, but Doug, an ace mechanic has kept ours going with improvements. I love this place and try to support them by ordering things from them rather than the internet, like tires etc- and they match the price.
My E-Bike was having some brake issues and the front tire was loose from the axel. Matt came by and easily helped me fix the problem. Even though the issue was minor, they will forever have my business! Highly recommend!!
Cannot say enough good about this shop and the whole team there. I am an avid mountain biker that dabbles in gravel and this shop has been able to help me every step of the way with my bikes. From finding me a bike that fits; to upgrading components; or maintaining them all! And never once have I felt less than here due to my lack of knowledge or gender!!!! Bike selection- as a small person (5’3”) it can be challenge finding something that fits in inventory but they used the frames they had, measured me, explained where the ... read more
