Outstanding! They saved me when another shop couldn't fix a dragging disc brake and I was faced with the possibility of an expensive component repair. They took the time to fix the parts, trued the disc, and I'm good as new for a very reasonable price. I have been back for another repair since then and it was another great experience. Thank you!
If it weren't for Bike Ohio, neither my husband nor I would have our old favorite bicycles. Other shops told us to get new bikes, but Doug, an ace mechanic has kept ours going with improvements. I love this place and try to support them by ordering things from them rather than the internet, like tires etc- and they match the price.
Bike Ohio is a great place. They’re always friendly, eager to help, and fair with their service and pricing. Sometimes it can feel like bike shops take advantage of people and are “sketchy”, but never at Bike Ohio. I genuinely look forward to going into the shop and being a customer.
