Just a great place to work with for the following reasons. 1. Very friendly And helpful staff who know about bicycles. Jack is the owner and he knows how to take care of things. 2. You’re looking to have work done on an older bike or just do some upgrades. They know what they’re talking about. They can handle it. 3. I replaced a stem riser after several years, and could not find the original bolt. Ordering online was risky as to size. I called them, they said they have several. Went over and was immediately helped with a standard replacement from the used bolt box. Perfect! I now have a go to bike shop, as the chain stores are not great. Thanks again.
I needed a better light for riding trails at night. Everyone at Bike O Rama was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was my first time at this shop, and while it's not the closest to me, I'll be heading here any time I need anything.
