Great customer service
Best bike shop I've ever been to. I've been there several times now. Not only is Jack an expert and super friendly, but he also gives you the best service and price! The whole crew is super knowledgeable and they'll do small maintenance/replacement tasks right there in a just a few minutes. They are absolutely ON IT. I've gotten quick wheel and inner tube replacements, tune-ups, new handlebar grips, etc. Also extremely personable staff. 5/5, 10/10, 100/100.
Just a great place to work with for the following reasons. 1. Very friendly And helpful staff who know about bicycles. Jack is the owner and he knows how to take care of things. 2. I replaced a stem riser after several years, and could not find the original bolt. Ordering online was risky as to size. I called them, they said they have several. Went over and was immediately helped with a standard replacement from the used bolt box. Perfect! I now have a go to bike shop, as the chain stores are not great. Thanks again.
