More than just a bike shop!
Purchased two top of the line bikes and they are fantastic about any maintenance that needs to be done. Knowledgeable about what’s out there and what’s best for the customer without being pushy salesmen! Turnaround on bike repairs could go a bit faster as each time it’s been at least 3-4 days to get back even if no parts are needed- and I ride it everyday, so that makes it a bit inconvenient -but I trust them with my bike.
Stopped by during a tour down the Oregon coast to get some work done on my front derailleur and ended up also needing work on my rear derailleur as well. They spent quite a lot of time working on my bike and charged me a low rate for all their time and effort. Very grateful for Elliot and Jody getting me back on the road!
Takes care of cyclists who are touring the country for a mission! Wonderful shop. Wonderful staff.
