Received contradictory information about bib pick-up and expo closure. Now my ride buddy can’t join despite paying for entry. Everything about my experience left me feeling liking a consumer commodity. They’ve made enjoying the ride harder than it needs to be and we haven’t even started pedaling. Why not support local businesses with bib pick-up at bike shops making it infinitely more accessible for everyone? Ride guide is way too long and poorly organized.

Bike New York is a great way to stay in shape, while experiencing the greatest city in the world, from a totally new prospective. The sites you are able to enjoy, are amazing. And having to experience this amazing ride with 32000 other riders is something one will soon not forget. Everyone is so helpful is like having an instant 32000 members family... for sure !!!!!!

World class events. TD Five Boro Bike Tour is in a class by itself, but I've also ridden the Twin Lights Ride and plan to do the Discover Hudson Valley Ride as well. Bike New York is worthy of the City it serves.
Your UWS event today was a total fail. Firstly the location was wrong, then there was only one person to assist when we got to the “correct” location. Event was supposed to start at noon but we left at 12:45 when people was still trying to check in and have their bikes prepped. Good intention, utter failure in execution
