Get directionsThis has to be one of the few stores which actively turns away potential business. I enquired about getting a brake service but was told that unless I was going to put the bike in for a full service that they wouldn't do it as it would not be worth their time. Obviously a pathetic attempt to milk unnecessary work out of an unsuspecting customer.

I've shopped here about 4 or 5 times, each time have come out disappointed with the service. The only reason I ever shop there is for convenience as I live in the area. The staff there have zero personality and it always astounds me how bored and uninterested they all seem. No wonder people shop on chain reaction and wiggle instead of going to a local bike shop like this. Last time I went in there and asked for a 700c road tube the assistant had to ask the manager what size is what, and today I asked for shimano road cleats ... read more
Don't bother going here unless you want to drop several thousand $ on a new specialized bike. Have been in here a couple of time as it's my local bike shop, but won't bother again. Latest laughter came when I was told that they don't stock puncture repair kits, but they do have $12 specialized inner tubes. Complete waste of time.
