James provides outstanding bike services at average very reasonable price. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He came to our house and completely overhauled our bikes and made them look and run like new. I highly recommend him for services related to all bikes.
Made several attempts to contact for Mtn. bike repair. Never got a response.
I'd suggest you find someone else if you are trying to coordinate an e-bike repair between a manufacturer and a mechanic.
I had a mobile appointment scheduled and the owner repeatedly tried to change the day and time. On the day of my appointment no one came. I received a reminder 15 minutes before the appointment time and two thank you emails an hour and a half after.
James did a tune up/check out of a new bike I purchased. Got everything dialed in, even took apart the bottom bracket to check out some play in it. I will be using this company again for sure.
