Made several attempts to contact for Mtn. bike repair. Never got a response.
I'd suggest you find someone else if you are trying to coordinate an e-bike repair between a manufacturer and a mechanic.
I had a mobile appointment scheduled and the owner repeatedly tried to change the day and time. On the day of my appointment no one came. I received a reminder 15 minutes before the appointment time and two thank you emails an hour and a half after.
James did a tune up/check out of a new bike I purchased. Got everything dialed in, even took apart the bottom bracket to check out some play in it. I will be using this company again for sure.
Sent him an email about a bike with detailed information-just an inquiry. Three days later, a really poor email about not taking any more work.
