I went in thinking I knew which bike I wanted. They were nice enough to ask me a couple questions and have me try a few bikes and it turns out that was in fact not the best bike for me. I ended up getting a bike I absolutely love! It works way better for my frame than what I thought I wanted.
I bought a specialized chisel from this shop about a year ago. The price and customer service was great. But things got even better when I took it in for some work. I needed new sealant for my tubeless tires, my brakes needed some work and just general tuning. I picked up my bike today. My bike looked like new.
