Dropped off my bike last week Thursday for a tune up. Guy there said it be ready in 2-3 days. I call Tuesday (5 days later) to check on it, and they tell me it’s almost ready, just needs to be washed. I tell them ok, I can’t pick it up Wednesday, I’ll check with them on Thursday. Friday I go by to pick it up, and it wasn’t washed and seemed like no tune up performed. $70 lesson for me and hopefully for you.
Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Been extremely happy with service and their willingness to teach you how to take care of you bike. Highly recommended for every bike related.

Poor Service to Trek bike owners. Bought two treks and they pick and choose who they open their doors for to service bikes. Bike World will service my treks from now on.

Lee, we don't pick and choose for service ... we are overwhelmed with bike repair that we are trying to work on bike all morning till 12:30 on an effort to catch up .. we have a sign on our front door to let our customer know about this.. it's been there since last friday.. please dont' take it the wrong way. Our intention is to make room so that we can take more bikes in..
Worst customer service ever. Went it in do a warranty exchange on a faulty tube as per TREK corporate informed me to do. The elderly man was very rude and called me a liar as to how it happened and refused to assist. After calling TREK corporate again they will just be mailing out my tire so I won't have to return to this poorly managed store. Also, a complaint was filed against this store with corporate.
Great bikes .. great prices .. and very very good customer service Andy and Conrad were very helpful on picking bikes that would best suit our needs and never stopped stressing enough about having the proper safety gear very happy with our bikes and can’t wait to start riding thank you bike masters !!
