the new owner doesn't honor warranty for a bike he didn't sell even when I was directed by Gt bicycle company to get warranty at this store.. the new owner said it's not his problem and gets bothered and confrontational.. he's a real jerk.. I feel bad for his employees that were actually trying to help.. until he got involved... never going back.. done
The best technical support and service
My daughters friend was hit by a car whilst riding. We took his bent and beaten bike to Bike Masters in hopes of getting a new wheel. No need for a for that they said and performed some magic. Fixed the wheel which previously was so bent it couldn’t rotate, the chain, the gears and quickly gave it a once over. Absolutely amazing. So thankful to the amazing chap who performed the work and to the rest of the team. Thank you. Will be back.

It's really nice to go into a bike shop and someone actually know what they are talking about. Excellent customer service and merchandise. Prices are reasonable. They listen and gave me some options. They even do repairs! I'm in heaven. Thank you for all your help! Highly recommend them.
Overpriced & unwelcoming unless you’re “in the clique”. I heard they have a fantastic mechanic... but apparently he left.
These guys are total jerks never doing business here again
