Good retailer, good experience- highly recommended Very nice service. Store is amazing, but off the main road (we did not know they were in Frisco). Took the time to educate my 10-year old daughter on our purchase of her new 21-gear bike. Very clean store and well organized. A lot better experience for a bike purchase than the big box, mass retailers like Dick's or Toys-R-Us. Numerous choices so we did not need to go anywhere else to make our purchase.
Great for new bikes... RBM has a knowledgeable sales staff and a competent staff of repair techs. Their inventory of new and used bikes is broad and represents lines from several manufacturers with a broad range of prices. I've purchased several bikes and quite a few upgrade parts from them and would not hesitate to shop there for my next ride.

Everything in one place... Richardson bike mart offer's everything. The bikes and accessories to meet anyone needs. They outfitted my entire family for fun bike rides and are available for any questions or issues we have with our bikes. I look forward to continuing to work with them.
Very Family Friendly Business Every visit I've had in this store has been a 5 star visit. They allow (encourage) the kids to try out the bikes in the store while mom and dad are able to talk to their experienced and very well educated employees. The employees have even let my children "help" tune up a bike! What kid doesn't love to help with that fun air pump? Notably good service experience Great selection, very knowledgable staff. They also host several groups rides each weekend. The store in Richardson has also recently expanded their collection of triathlon gear.
