Great products, great service and great location...
Kind of disappointed. I stopped in today to see what everyone was talking about (and I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this). Store was nice, and from the signs, it looks like they have decent prices. If this rating was just on the shop it would be a 5. Unfortunately the sales staff, which I counted 4, didn't have any interest in me, the ONLY customer in the place. My new favorite bike shop in Fort Worth! I got a new hybrid for my birthday and Sully took great care of us!
Friendly staff, I had just completed 25 miles. They had Mexican Coke and refrigerated Snickers, that hit the spot!! I will be pulling over more often.
popped in this afternoon after a ride, not really interested in anything, and bam! the staff were really nice, polite, and genuine, and for me that is hard, because i hate everyone, just hoping the cafe opens soon, but when i have SPECIALIZED needs, i finally know where to go in Fort Worth
We got my 5 year old's Lalaloopsy bike fixed - she had a flat :). They adjusted the bike for her height as well. We got some snacks and enjoyed the view before heading back home. We will be coming to the area more often.
