Brad and Chris did a great job handling a Specialized warranty claim for me. Went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Replacement frame is awesome!
I took my Shwinn mountain bike in for a tuneup in 2008 that I bought used in Vero Beach, Florida. They did good work. Then over a few years rode it the ocean coasts of Delaware & New Jersey round trip with no problem, & took it about 25 times on Cape May Lewes Ferry to Cape May to bike ride to Wildwood & back for a day trip & back to ferry also no problem.
Had an equipment problem in the middle of a Sunday long ride. Headed to Bikeline Middletown and they very helpfully worked with me to get the right replacements for an odd fit issue -- it wasn't a quick fix and they were really great in working with me. We were able to get back on the road and enjoy the rest of the ride. Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service -- thanks so much!
Stopped by for a test ride last Sunday and worked with Cody who was super knowlegable about the bike I was looking at. I called back to do another test ride this week and asked for some small modifications to the bike. When I got to the shop for the test ride the bike was set up and waiting for me. The fit was PERFECT. I appreciated the time that was taken to accommodate my request. Needless to say I made a purchase of the Ruby Comp and I CANNOT WAIT FOR IT TO ARRIVE SO I CAN PUT A BEATING ON IT!!!!
My daughter and I were out biking today. She got a flat. Fortunately, we were just a few hundred feet from Middletown Bike Line. The friendly staff took her bike to the back, and within five minutes they had installed a new inner tube (she ran over glass...) Thank you for the outstanding service !!!
