9/212021 I normally go to the Trek -dealership in Newark they are fantastic! I stopped in at Middletown Bike Line as my front tire was flat. 4 employees at the counter. I simply wanted my tire fixed. Please note the bike is a Trek verve 3 with an electric front wheel with a simple disconnect cable - you simply twist the connector then remove wheel as you would any other wheel. They stated the owner did not allow them to work on anything that required disconnecting any wires. They thought it was funny and they were rude. ... read more

My 1st road bike. The help that I received from all was nothing short of 5 star plus. I cant being to fully explain how important it is to receive the right Information with regards to proper selection when it come to size, safety, comfort in selecting a road bike. Chris and his team of professional cyclist laid out the red carpet for sure. It does matter were you shop for your 1st road bike, or your 5th.
