Rich has always treated me right and steered me in the right direction. I pulled my 25 year old bike out of a dumpster and took it to Rich to see if it could be salvaged. Wasn't sure if I was going to keep riding, so I figured repair my old bike first, then go from there. Rich got the bike in tip-top shape, tuned up my wife's bike, all with a quick turn-around and a very reasonable bill.
