I never, ever leave online reviews - but I think I need to for my experience at Bike Gallery. After test riding several brands of e-commuter bikes, I came across the Specialized Turbo Vado 3.0 at Bike Gallery. This bike is really on another level compared to other bikes. Loving it so far! Stephen and Keith were both super helpful in getting me setup on this bike. Great local bike shop! They've fixed small issues with my bike right away, and are patient in explaining and showing me how to do it by myself. Their prices for parts are more than reasonable (better than MEC or any other bike stores I've been to).

I had an amazing experience buying my very first road bike thanks to Stephen. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the right bike and fitted it to me, and he has gone the extra mile to follow up with me a couple times to ensure I’m happy with the way it’s riding. I will always shop at the Bike Gallery as they deliver world class service and know their stuff!!

I was recommended Bike Gallery Vancouver by a friend after deciding to take up cycling. I had no previous knowledge of road bikes so I was a bit intimidated walking into a shop not knowing what I needed.
