I called bike dr and spoke to a very helpful person that told me specifically they service surrons as well. So I ride an hour to the shop and organise someone to pickup. When I get there they look shocked and say they can’t service it. The owner was rude and not helpful at all. Very unorganised and unprofessional. Be careful.
Time after time again the team at Bike Dr. have left a great impression with their enthusiasm , great attitude, helpfulness and top workmanship. I'm a very happy repeat customer and I highly recommend them.
I was very happy with the service completed and overall experience with the Bike Dr. Paul was especially helpful. Would definitely use Bike Dr. again when needed.
I had my daughters bike serviced there and the gears were not aligned properly. I did write to them but heard nothing back, was quite disappointed as I have used them before with pleasing outcomes
