The team is always accommodating for EcoQuest kids in getting their bikes tuned before the next school day.
The service tech who trued my Spinergy wheelchair wheels and changed out a few spokes is the only person that I have found in Saskatoon who knows what he talking about. He did an excellent and I'll be telling anyone who needs help with their wheels to go to Bike Doctor. 5 star service for sure!!
I recently had a tune up and multiple (long overdue) repairs on my Trek bike. It was fairly expensive but it feels like a new bike! I had forgotten how bikes are supposed to shift! Thanks to the service people at Bike Doctors l
Excellent customer service
Gerald is the reason we made our first purchase of an e-bike (although there was a great team vibe and all people were friendly). He was supportive, friendly, informative and just a fun guy to be around. We also loved the pride of ownership. It was beautiful inside and out. Highly recommend shopping here and if you’re nervous because you don’t know much about bikes and you’re interested in getting into it this is the place to go.
