We have used this company for 10 years while vacationing for Christmas week. Fast & easy process every time with now issues. Nice bikes at a reasonable price. If we ever have a problem they are fast to fix it!
We had a bad experience. The training wheels fail off the bike and they refused to exchange the bike....they wasted the whole day trying to fix it instead of simply giving a new bike. we complained to the secretary that the training wheels were leaning to far...she tried to be a know it all and said thats how they lean and eventually they broke off twice. then they gave our 7 year old daughter the wrong size bike and they we drove it all the way to their shop only because we did not want to wait for them to come out again..i... read more
I would highly recommend this shop for anything "bike". We were treated so well. Our bike problem was diagnosed in seconds and our problem solved with a rental so that we didn't miss a beat on our vacation.

My wife and I just moved here and went the other day to pick out a few new bikes. Super helpful and ordered on the spot. They even gave us a few new loaners to use while we waited on the bikes. Great place to also rent from...Thank you!!
