I brought the bike in because there was an issue with rear wheel that another bike shop couldn't fix. No problem here, didn't charge too much either. When the replacement rear wheel got a couple loose spokes they fixed it for free without any argument that maybe it was e.g. Toronto roads' fault and re-tensioned some front spokes too. Very generous and did it quickly too. Bike is back on the road, thank you!
I called on Thursday and they confirmed that they can fix the back wheel of my e-bike. When I was on my way on Friday with my e-bike I called to confirm if I can drop it off and they said we don't service e-bikes. I don't know why they would give me wrong information on the phone and inconvenience me like this but I'll make sure I never take even a non e-bike to this place as clearly if the communication is this bad and they give you wrong information on the phone then what's actually going to happen when they fix your bike?
I had trouble removing my bottom and the Marchant at the shop and he give me great help in remove them
