I bought a used bike from a neighbor for my son who needed a bike for a new job he has. I live in eastern Jefferson County and my son is downtown- I dropped the bike off to him last night and he tried stopping in this store to learn how to change the 27 gears it has. Mike, who said he’s the manager when I called, accused my son of stealing the bike and wouldn’t help him. When I called he said ‘I didn’t accuse him of stealing, I said obviously the bike is stolen’. I had recently bought some used tires from them for my bike. After asking multiple times and doubting if they would fit I kept being reassured they would. Alas they did not. I was hesitant on leaving a negative review until my messages were unanswered.
Visited many bike shops around the city in search of a used road bike. Had the best experience here and a great value thanks to Jackie's exemplary service and knowledge of cycling. Recommend for all cycling needs. Thanks!
The shop is conveniently located downtown making drop-offs and pick-ups easy from work. Excellent service from full-service tune-ups to quick shifting alignments. They did great work on my tubeless road and carbon wheel sets. Highly recommend a visit.
