Worst Service EVER, and Rude I'm back in California for the week, and wanted to rent a road bike. First I called in advance, spoke to confirm they had bikes in stock. Entering the store I was greeted, but when I asked to rent a bike, I was promptly ignored. In fact 2 other customers were serviced, while I was standing there. Good Selection.. They have some good bikes and their service was good. The price is high compared to Target or Walmart but their quality is better. They also have lots of accessories.
Pretty good selection If you are looking for a bike a little above the chain stores, they have a few at the lower end ($200). This is mostly a higher end store. Service was good and since we had looked at the lower priced options, felt the bike was a "good" not great buy--priced about right for what you got.
Upscale Bikes This is not your normal bike store. They carry a very limited number of brands which are upscale and a bit pricey. I will tell you though, they know their bikes and can accurately recommend what you will need based on the type of biking you want to do. If you are price sensitive, this is not the place to go; if you don't mind paying more stop in, you will love it.
Excellent shop: knowledgeable people: honest I have bought two bikes from this shop on El Camino, near Page Mill. Their bikes are not the cheapest and you will be tempted to look at Wal-Mart (if you are the wallet concious type such as me). But the bikes they have is of excellent quality. great selection and service I brought in a beat-up second (or third?) hand bike here just to ask their opinion as to whether it was even worth salvaging. I trusted them to tell me if it was junk and not worth the money to fix. They are very honest and hard-working, and they assessed that the bike was worth servicing. They brought it back to perfect working order. And the price was very reasonable.
