The Bike Connection is extremely knowledgeable, quick, reasonable, and has outstanding customer service! I have been going to them for years! They are also very honest. One year I took an old bike in for a tune up, after they evaluated it they told me I didn’t need one and a few minor things to do at home. This bike shop was seriously fantastic! I was very impressed with the customer service. I haven’t ridden a bike in over 25 years and Rick spent at least a half hour on the phone with me going over options and giving experienced opinions (and I never felt talked down to even once.) My new bike came in quickly and the day after it arrived, I picked it up totally put together and gleaming. I’m an endurance racer and with my races lasting 24 hours or longer, i need a bike shop i can trust to get my bike working in perfect condition to make it through these brutal races. These guys are the best by far! I won’t go anywhere else!
Spent the afternoon looking and testing bikes with Brent and staff. So glad I went here. They take their time with you, let you test ride their bikes to see what fits and rides well. Found the perfect bike with their help. Great customer service. Shop local! They even have a 1-year warranty, free 1st-year tune-up and after 30ish rides bring it in for a break-in adjustment. I was extremely impressed. Thank you!!
The Customer Service is Excellent! I walked my bike in with a flat tire on Saturday, and expected to be repaired by Monday.... Noah stepped in and fixed my flat within minutes. This place is Awesome, and will have my repeat business! Thanks Noah, and The Bike Connection.!
Wonderful service, helpful and courteous customer service.
Great bike shop. I love the trade in program. We have kids and they outgrow the bikes quickly so this helps a lot. They also do all the maintsnace on our bikes.
