Have shopped with them many times. Had no problem with one return that didn’t fit and receiving credit for an item that was out of stock. Have to check the website frequently as stock changes often.
The prices and sales are great! Spent hundreds there in the last year! I returned an item about a week ago because it was to small and paid for and received the larger size! I realize that a refund will take some time but I have heard nothing after trying to contact them a few times! I hope I see my $120 refund!
Order was a value and handled quickly. Contacting store via chat vs. a phone call creates delays and lacks the professional, personal touch...needed when new to buying or there is an issue!
