Nothing but problems. First his shop gets shut down because he didn’t pay his rent. Then as I’m trying to negotiate a day to come grab my bike. This man dodged me the entire day. Ignored phone calls, text messages .. etc. I had to threaten to get the police involved to get a reply. Finally come to get my bike and there’s scratches on my brand new $700 fairings. Of course he played dumb when I asked him about it. Alex is his name.. don’t do business with him..
Weeks prior, Alex and I planned for him to pick up my bike on Monday; today. I took off from work and traveled all the way from Ohio, and waited all day, just for Alex to wait till 3pm in the afternoon to tell me he’s not coming to pick up my bike anymore. Very unprovoked and very unprofessional. I can't recommend Bike Boys enough! Alex and his crew did an excellent job on my motorcycle, which was suffering from a gas leak and idling problems. Throughout the repair process, they maintained constant communication, providing updates and insights. What really impressed me was their proactive approach; they identified and fixed additional issues without increasing the initial quote. This place is trash. Don't waste your money & time with doing business with Alex. His mechanics don't do quality work, they do "patch up" and/or "looks good enough" jobs. You might as well get a jack leg mechanic to work on your bike...you'd probably be better off
