Weeks prior, Alex and I planned for him to pick up my bike on Monday; today. I took off from work and traveled all the way from Ohio, and waited all day, just for Alex to wait till 3pm in the afternoon to tell me he’s not coming to pick up my bike anymore. I can't recommend Bike Boys enough! Alex and his crew did an excellent job on my motorcycle, which was suffering from a gas leak and idling problems. Throughout the repair process, they maintained constant communication, providing updates and insights. What really impressed me was their proactive approach; they identified and fixed additional issues without increasing the initial quote. This place is trash. Don't waste your money & time with doing business with Alex. His mechanics don't do quality work, they do "patch up" and/or "looks good enough" jobs. You might as well get a jack leg mechanic to work on your bike...you'd probably be better off
I have gone in for oil changes two years in a row now, and this year I took my bike in a second time because I was seeing oil on my engine casing. Every time has been a great experience. The oil changes are simple, the engine problem was apparently a gasket. When replacing it though they checked the bike over thoroughly, I noticed it running much smoother when I got it back.
