These guys provide the BEST technical support and gear advice. Even more, they love to hear biking and skiing stories, share theirs and always encourage me to get out and shred more!
Mike’s customer service is second to none. He went the extra mile to help me find just what I was looking for in shoes. 40 miles on them already- they are perfect- just what I was looking for!
First time in here and glad I did. There wasn't any pushiness like you get with a lot of other places. He listens to you and answers any questions you may have along with giving excellent advice.
Always great service and super knowledgeable. Just dropped my time trial bike off recently, just wasn’t feeling right. Lots of random tension, power meter wasn’t working etc, got it back on the road this morning and felt great.
