Only went in for an MOT, old school bike shop, very accommodating and friendly.
Shocking customer service and a rude owner took my bike there for a mot after THEY! fixed my fork seals as that was the only advisory it had when arriving he starts making up another reason to fail my bike on when I clearly have proof of the one advisory that’s been repaired.
Could make up their mind if they have availability for a mot at 13.00 or 13.30. Eventually told me 13.30. When I went for the Mot they told me it was booked in for 13.00 so I had missed it and there was no chance of getting it done that day. It’s a 25 mile round trip for me anyway so I will get it done closer to home
Phoned at 9am, got my bike mot'd at 11.30! Larry and Matt are a great pair of blokes, both really helpful and knowledgeable. They even found a brand new pair of shocks for my 30 year old Honda moped that has improved the ride no end. Where else can you get service like that??
