I’m not a morning person, but waking up at 5am in the dark and riding one of Lizzie’s 6am classes is so worth it! No one motivates and pushes you harder, and I feel so energized and ready to start my week after. Worth every time and cent spent. Thanks so much Lizzie!
It’s now been almost three years at BikeBar and I’m officially hooked. The classes have changed my life, I’m now embracing the mornings and any opportunity to sneak in an extra ride! It is officially a year since I did my first ride and the spark has not faded! I look forward to seeing the love of my life (BB AX) each week - you just know walking into the studio you will be welcomed and that you’re in a for a treat.
The most consistent love of my life! bike bar is literally a haven, the best exercise you will ever do but also because you are surrounded by the best people. The second you walk in no matter what day you have had you leave with a positive outlook.
