Bike Authority is always willing to go the extra step to ensure my satisfaction. I bought a Cervelo Caledonia from them a few years ago and to this day it is still my favorite bike.
I stopped in looking for what are apparently hard to find tires for an older Schwinn. The woman who helped me (I feel bad I didn't catch her name) knew immediately what size tire I needed and was incredibly helpful with mounting them for me. If I need anything else bike related, this will be my first stop.
I brought my bike in to buy an inner tube. They refused to sell me one, claiming my wheel was "unsafe". They said they would grab a wheel from the trash. I figured itd be done in an hour. After 3 days, bike authority had done nothing. When i came in, they started to work on it. After an hour, they gave the bike back and wanted to charge $50. I paid $30. The tire went flat again before i left the parking lot. When i brought this up to Mike, he said he doesn't have time for this. Terrible experience all around.
Knowledgeable and professional
Took my road bike in and talked to Nathan about a whole buncha stuff. He showed me some tires, clip-ins and shoes as well as explaining a lot about each item. Super friendly place. Left them my bike for maintenance 👌
