I have Di2 shifting, and it failed on a bike I didn't buy from Bike Authority. The front derailer unit failed and needed replaced. Bike Authority was able to get a warranty approval from Shimano and replace this part( which hey happened to have in stock) in a couple of hours. What could have been either really expensive or a really lengthy repair was turned around in hours! Jess and the mechanics did a great job, and I am extremely thankful. Take your bike here. You will not be disappointed.

Honest and great quality bike shop. There was a special promo running on what I think really believe is my dream bike. Bike Authority has been selling Yamaha ebikes for a couple years. I went in and test drove a large Wabash RT and INSTANLY put a grand down on a small (My size.) Mr Hendrix was awesome A guy I could trust 100%. HE was not a normal guy. I talked to him on the phone. Outstanding Experience at Bike Authority!
