I found Matt to be very professional and respectful. I peppered him with questions and was probably a little over-eager and impatient - but if he was irritated by it he certainly didn't let it show. I appreciate that. He updated me with his findings and pictures of the progress. After receiving the bike back, the chain was a little too tight, but considering the scope of the work that's a relatively minor thing and an easy fix. My husband and I went for a motorcycle ride to Sausalito from the Manteca area. We went to leave and his bike would not start. Husband called Bike Armory LLC for assistance, Matt came right down to our location and tried to charge the battery to no avail. As if that was not enough he drove to go get a battery for us.They ended up not having the battery and he drove to San Raphael and picked one up , brought it back and installed it for us! For the record I try to support my local businesses like Santa Clara Cycles or Evolution Suspension. It's why I gave Bike Armory a chance in the first place. That being said, Bike Armory isn't just a badly run business but also incredibly unprofessional. Matthew Goetz aka Bike Armory sent me the wrong items, searched for my personal information online, and then insulted me via email because I dared ask for a refund. Let me state that clearly. This person totally let me down and lied to me. I was on a time sensitive motorcycle tour and needed to order sprockets ahead of time to be changed with my new chain. He said he had ordered them and had an invoice ready. Then when I was about to arrive he stated he never ordered the part. Leaving me stuck with a new chain that was being deteriorated with my old sprockets.
