I shopped around for a good bike store before seeing Bike and Spin. I came in with an issue to do with my crankset and my experience with the staff there (especially John and Billy) was nothing short of superb. They were friendly, honest and clear in their communications and recommendations. They did two pieces of work on my bike and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Queens area needing work on their bike.
This is a great shop! I have been here many times for a variety of reasons and it has been positive every time. I can’t say this for every bike shop in the area, so check them out for all your biking needs.
Stopped here on a Friday after 7pm because it was the only bike shop open anywhere. The owner, John, was packing up, but helped me pump up my flat tires. He also gave a recommendation on a great tail light I bought--thanks for the great service!
