Atrocious customer service . No respect for customers who make big purchases. Absolutely no concern for building rapport with past customers. I assumed my experience would be more positive than those who’ve bought Ferla Bikes that have split in half...nope.

Great Customer Service!!! We received a great bike. The store bought freezer that came with it malfunctioned and Bike And A Box made sure my freezer was replaced. I am completely satisfied. I have even taken out the freezer and put wood on the outside of the metal frame in order to safely drive my 5yr old around in the cart. The bike is versatile
Great company to work with. Always available for troubleshooting help if needed. Made it super easy for us to get our coffee cart rolling!
