Awful experience. The bike mechanics were rude and lazy. Charged me $120 for a basic tune up and complained about getting dirty changing the chain. Then they double charged my card. I will never go back. Find a local bike shop that cares about customer service. Highly disappointed!
Maurice did a fantastic job recommending and replacing the chain on my Cannondale Lefty. This location has friendly staff and affordable service schedules. Only place that I take my bikes.
The place looks like they moved out in the middle the night. A few small bicycles left inside but no sign in the window and the doors are locked. I called the phone number and the phone was disconnected as well, what's up? It was always great before.
