Nick helped us out and our experience was amazing!!! My husband and I both got a bike and he helped us every step of the way!! Awesome store and great customer service!!!
Went to Bike America for the first time on my lunch break with full intention of purchasing a bike. Unfortunately I stood around for more then 10 minutes before walking out. No one in the store even acknowledged my existence while standing there or even as I left. No hospitality what so ever.
