A purchased my mountain bike here awhile back during my college years. I recently had my seat stolen which reminded me about my experience with these folks. Fantastic family environment
This place is terrible. Both quality of work and customer service. Brought my bike in for a minor repair. My first ride out after they fixed it the back wheel completely locked up. Took it back for them to fix and they charged me again after telling the woman she blamed me for it and said I still have to pay. I will never go here again and I will let every cyclist that I know, just how bad they are.
Absolutely one of my top five places to go!!! The owner is very knowledgeable, and so friendly!!! They are definitely my go to for bike parts and service!
