Went in here for my first engagement ring appointment with my boyfriend (exciting right??!). No. Rachel was icy from the first sentence we spoke. Very aggressive in trying to get me to pick a diamond shape, on and off her phone. I left feeling rushed, and totally turned off by the experience. Boyfriend felt the same way. Is this normal? Fantastic service with premium products fulfilled. We’ve purchased a number of products from Majesty and their staff are always attentive, detail-oriented, and most importantly make sure you leave happy. My recommended jeweler in Montreal without a doubt. Thanks Ryan!
Overall a sub-par experience! Majesty and their staff are nice but be careful because they do add a 5-10x markup so you absolutely have to negotiate firmly.
