Great quality ring. Knowledgeable and patient staff that took the time to explain. Shout out to Alessandro who helped me create her custom ring from scratch.
We booked an evening appointment to view engagement rings, and it was honestly a terrible experience. The lady who was supposed to look after us clearly didn't want to be there and spent the majority of the time on her phone. The store was also only able to showcase a very limited selection of yellow gold styles, so it was very hard to visualise what we wanted. In future, maybe don't offer evening appointments if your staff have no interest in being there for customers.
