Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and spent weeks following up with their team. Every time I contacted them, the responses were very unhelpful and dismissive, just “next week” or “we’re working on it,” with no explanation or real update. It felt rude and like they didn’t care at all. After almost a month of waiting, when I finally said this was not acceptable, they simply cancelled the order without any apology.
