I had a wonderful experience at this jewelry shop! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable. I had a problem with one of my jewelry pieces, and the team at this shop handled it perfectly. They were kind, professional, and quick to fix the issue. I really appreciate their great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
I had a difficult issue with my Hazard 4 watch — the strap was damaged and needed replacement. Unfortunately, no one I approached was able to fix it properly, in fact, some even damaged the pin/screw holes by using the wrong tools. But then I visited this jewelry shop, and the owner of the shop (I wish I remembered his name correctly - maybe Raffi ) went above and beyond. Je suis venu d'Algérie au Canada pour faire du tourisme. J'ai un collier en argent vieux de 15 ans. Je me promenais à Montréal et j'ai vu une bijouterie. Je suis entré et une femme m'a accueilli. Je lui ai demandé s'il était possible de redonner à l'argent sa couleur et son éclat, car il avait un peu noirci. Tout était magnifique, même le résultat était incroyable. Merci, à la prochaine.
