J’ai acheté de très beaux bijoux d’importation italienne, des coup de coeur … $$$$ assez dispendieux aussi !!! La note concerne le service , qui m’a semblé être basé sur le profit au maximum. #1 J’ai dû faire réparer ma bague qui avait perdu un petit diamant. Une fois la réparation commencée, on me contacte pour me dire que ma bague est en très mauvais état et qu’il faudrait absolument refaire toutes les griffes de la bague au complet pour une somme qui totalise 50% du montant initial de la bague… Trouvant cela un peu excess... read more

I went to this store today to have my watch adjusted and to replace another watch's strap. That was the fastest service ever! No appointments and no need to go back the next day to get your items again.

I recently visited this store to have some adjustments of my new Tissot watch that I had purchased from a jeweler in Vancouver. No appointment necessary, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, the jeweler was extremely helpful and kind. And for a VERY affordable price ($5!). Thank you so much!
