I had such a wonderful experience working with Darlene! I had my engagement ring custom made here in Toronto and had been looking for a simple white gold open band to pair with it. The team was so accommodating, and worked with me virtually to customize the size of the gap of their classic open ring so it would fit perfectly around my low set centre stone. It arrived right on time, is beautifully made, and exactly what I hoped for. Thank you so much for making the process so easy and enjoyable!

The jewelry here is awesome! My GF has bought me a chain and bracelet from them that are very nice! They have a subtle but complicated design. More recently I had a great experience where I was able to get a rush order in for a mothers day gift, that truly made the day special! Thanks for accommodating me so well!
Très bel accueil et très belles créations
Myel is hands-down my favourite jewelry store. I have many beloved items from here (including our wedding rings), and each piece is classic and well made. I live out-of-town, so I've also had a number of experiences with their customer service. They've always been incredibly responsive, prompt, and thoughtful. In sum -- this place is the best.
