I walked into this store after seeing they do jewelry repairs on the spot and asked about pricing. Instead of being treated politely, the woman working there was openly disrespectful and condescending. Not only was the exaggerated price quote out of pocket, the most offensive part was the way she looked at me as if I was some bum who couldn’t afford “their prices,” even telling me the prices I’d seen before “must have been from 1960” — I was born in 1990.
