Je suis passée hier pour un échange (28 décembre 2025). J’ai été reçue par une femme d’expérience terriblement désagréable. Avant moi, elle répondait à un couple poli, gentil, patient. Elle a fait la morale à la dame plusieurs fois, leur coupait la parole, etc. Je ne comprends pas qu’une telle personne travaille dans le public!!!
