I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience with the jewellery store at Les Promenades Gatineau. We purchased my wedding ring on May 6, 2026, and shortly afterward brought it in to be resized. After waiting four weeks, the ring was returned with a diamond missing. We sent it back for repair and waited another two weeks. Deanna has the best service, she was very nice and friendly and very professional. She took her time even though I was so picky and annoying haha. Def going back here again just because of the service.
